ESTABLISHED 1982
Welcome to the Sandhills Quilters Guild (SQG) website
We are delighted you're here!
Here, you will be able to learn more about becoming a member, joining a bee, or how to attend a monthly meeting as our guest. Our members participate in educational opportunities held several times a year. The Sandhills Quilters Guild (SQG) was founded in 1982 and is a nonprofit organization promoting and perpetuating the art of quilting through education.
From just a handful of members, the Guild has since grown to 100+ members from Moore County and beyond. Our membership makes an impact on the community through various outreach programs and features our popular bi-annual Quilting in the Pines quilt show. The Guild meets at 9:30 a.m. on the third Tuesday of the month and sometimes on Saturday. The three-month calendar on this page provides details.
